Song is called "Clumsy", and I've been hearing it in both English and Chinese on
Taiwan radio, but because they don't have station announcers I can't find out
the name of the artist to shop for it on CD...would also like to know if the CD
has this song in both languages...full lyrics:

clumsy little me i
i always let you down
i never have the sense enough to keep my mouth shut
i always let you down

i'm falling past the line now
oh i do it every time
i say what i don't mean
my real intent's unseen
i do it every time

oh i've let you down
now you can let me drown
here in my own
shameful tears

you can let me go
but i hope you know my risk is betting that
you'll let me stay

clumsy little words
they always fall away
and i'm left just standing there

you think you think that i don't care
but honey that's not true
and i know just what you'll do

oh you'll look at me sadly
as i try to compensate for the words that i just ate
i'm feeling so badly

oh i've let you down
now you can let me drown
here in my own
shameful tears

you can let me go
but i hope you know my risk is betting that
you'll let me stay

i fumble and i fall with no sense
i laugh and cry in every sentence
so listen now to words i have to say

and know that it's just me
i'm trying to make us both happy
i'm fading when tongues are tied and hearts are far away

clumsy liitle me
i alway let you down
i never have the sense enough to keep my mouth shut
i always let you down

i always let you down

i always let you down
always let you down
always let you down

i always let me down

-- I don't have a direct answer for you, but can give you a couple of
websites that appear to make reference to the song. On the latter one,
the site seems to imply it's by 'A Girl Named Cecilia'. It also
appears to allow for a download (scroll down to the bottom for
details). Both sites are only partly in English. Here are the links:

Hope that helps,

It does, and I did a little more bilingual surfing that led me to a name...she
calls herself Xiao Xiao (sometimes spelled Hsiao Hsiao; Google's language tools
translate it as "Whinny")...the English version at least is on a CD I can get
through yesasia.com, and her one previous album seems to be in stock at
sunmusic.tv....

"A Girl Named Cecilia" actually seems to be the title of the second link you
found, where I presume you got to hear the English audio as well (is there some
kind of law requiring all Chinese fan blogs to be cluttered with flashing stuff
and active controls?)...one of the reviews I found describes the singer as "Lisa
Loeb-like", and I'll bet you're with me in agreeing with that description....r
