Hi,

The song "You Don't Have To Say You Love Me" is a cover of the 1965 San Remo
song "Io Che Non Vivo" by Pino Donaggio.

My question is: are there versions known in other languages than Italian and
English? If so, the I want to know the title and if possible, the recording
artist.

Thanks for everyone who can help me.

Greetz,
Pino.

the thing is.... the melody is the same, but usually the meaning of the song is
turned around all different, because they usually can't make it rhyme and stay
the same. So the songs are not really the songs, once they become a
'cover'/remake in another language. Go to http://www.cdnow.com and do a
search under artist LUIS MIGUEL. When the next page opens, click on his name
to show a complete listing of all his albums. The album at the bottom named
SOY COMO QUIERO SER is an album of mostly covers. If you listen to number 4, I
think you'll find what you are asking for. I don't remember the verses on the
song YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY YOU LOVE ME, but I remember the chorus.
Unfortunately, the audio on #4 runs out just before getting to the verse part
that I recognize as the English song, The clip don't sound like much, but I
have this album and can say that it's much better than the clips, as they lose
so much quality, and I really love it.
