There's a place called "Sand City" that's near Monterey, CA that makes me
think of Biscuit City every time I cruise through it.....Best, Ross

I'll take Gord's word for it that Biscuit City is a state of
mind. However, there is a Biscuit City Road in Kingston,
RI.
