LC at Isle of Wight 1970

Does anyone know if the DVD of LC at the Isle of Wight 1970 is only
available on blu-ray? That's all I can see on Amazon UK - as an import
from the US. Seems a bit strange, although I suppose Sony could be
subsidising it. It seems a bit much to have to buy a blu-ray player to
be able to see it.
And a Merry Christmas to all Leonard's fans, especially my old mate
Tom.

I have my copy on regular DVD, purchased at Borders Books. I don't have
a blu-ray player either. Let me know when you ge it and how you enjoyed
it. :)

Curious slice of time. Nice concert, the documentry parts were suprisingly
unintrusive. I usually dislike it when the film makers can't decide if
they're making a concert or a documentry but here I think it improved the
experience by explaining the setting it was taking place in.
I think Cohen is a far superiour performer today then he was on that night.
Though its not bad the London DVD is getting more rewatches.

Probably because it doesn't come up when you search DVD's - I found it
because Amazon actually sent me a link for the Audio CD.
My daughter has bought it for me as a Christmas present so I'll probably
be settling down to watch it later.
