As for me, I enjoy the history here and the lack of activity is
somehow comforting. (Because I know that eventually someone from the
past peeks in.)
So...here's to another year coming for the ng. The folks here have
meant alot to me and I wish you all a Happy New Year!

Yes. Nicely turned, star. Yesterday's lurkatory has somehow become a
cherished place where you can hear the sound of one hand clapping;
turns out that it rocks, like LC his own self.

This sums how I feel perfectly.
Happy New Year, Dar and everyone. I'm happy to be moving on from kind
of a horrible decade. It can only get better . . . right?

I've got to admit my knee-jerk reaction to your question "right?" is
to write back a sarcastic "wrong" but as I age my knees don't jerk as
quickly as they used to. Hence, I tend to see the possibility of
"better" too. I'm not sure what is going on Sean. Perhaps it's
living long enough to have been up and down and over and out so many
damn times that I find a sort of acceptance in knowing I've done it my
way, hey hey. So, for me, having another day in another year in
another decade is good; even if it's not better it's better than
"nothing".
Look up Sean. Even if the sky does start falling at least you'll be
looking up!

Dar
For sure! And even though I'm afraid of heights, that's only in real
life.
In my dreams, somehow, I'm fearless... and this is one of my dream
places, a place of treasured, kindred spirits, where, on occasion, I
fly.

Its funny you put this group as like going in a cave Dar cos I come
out of my cave to come here..lol,, Bin Laden is more sociable than
me ! but I do love and miss almost everyone from back in the day and
thank you for keeping this cave alive!!
