Why I'm not attending PowerTrip Festival Oct 6-8 in indio, CA about 20 miles north of Sacramento

Pricing to attend all three days of the PowerTrip Festival is $599 general admission alone... or $699 general admission and shuttle. Big bummer is that I didn't see a single day ticket purchase with October 7 featuring AC/DC and Judas Priest being the only day that I'd want to attend. Pricing for lodging I imagine is likely to be the same price or higher than general admission and shuttle.
Since PowerTrip is by the same people responsible for Coachella, here's a link to an article about the pricing for food and drink.
