I don't have anything all that intelligent to say. I just like Bach,
especially his fugue work on the keyboards. Maybe you could recommend
some reading for me. Welcome back.

All the action's on the early music list. "Erbarme" from the St.
Matthew was mentioned and the parody cantata (BWV 244a) that uses it
served for a rather long thread.

Do you ever look in on the Bach Recordings Yahoo mailing list? Seems
like a nice bunch of mostly knowledgeable people.
