Can anyone give me information on the album the Ric Ocasek helped out in?
It's a import and there a song title along the line of "Fire Engine".

Let me know?

It was my understanding that Ocasek's son (also named Ric?) did some
stupid beer commercial that mimicked Iggy's version of "Real Wild Child."
And that Iggy would like to have strangled the boy for doing it. Could be
wrong, but it's the only association between Iggy and Ocasek I've ever
heard of. Anyone else?--Richard

Iggy collaborated with Ric Ocasek i 1983. The recording session were held
at Syncro Sound Studios in Boston. Only three songs were recorded. The
title of the songs are:
Fire engine
Warrior tribe
Old Mule Skinner

They sound kind of experimental, kind of som of the stuff on Zombie
Birdhouse. Iggy wrote the songs and Ocasek produced it. To my knowledge
they were never officialy released, but they are circulating on different
bootlegs. The bootleg which I have is called Old Mule Skinner.

So Ric only produced and didn't perform on the tracks?
I seen a interview with Ric and he claims it was on a import?

That was Ric Ocasek's son Christopher(Glamor Camp) that did that and it
was on the soundtrack for pretty woman.
