I was just watching an old Gaither video and wondered if Wesley Pritchard is
related in some way to Mary Tom (Speer) Reid? Does anyone know his
background and experience? He must be good if chosen to sing with Jake Hess
and George Younce.

Wesley Pritchard and Milton Smith own a studio in
Fayetteville, NC. His father pastors the Fayetteville Community
Church where he and his family attends. Their group, The Pritchards,
are an outstanding local group. (Better than many fulltime groups.)
I don't know of any professional group experience.

However, he's an INCREDIBLE singer and engineer. Milton Smith
and Wesley are responsible for nearly all the audio mixing on the Gaither
videos. His position with Old Friends is, no doubt, because of being
a great singer and already having a relationship with the other members
through the videos.
He's a very talented fellow and a great Christian.
