Concert An Evening With Lu Lu Roman
Lu Lu Roman, star from TV's Hee Haw, will be in concert on Saturday
evening, April 25th, at 7:00 PM. The concert will be held at the Cabot
High School Fine Arts Auditorium located across the street from the
Central Administration Office, 602 N. Lincoln St. A portion of the
proceeds will benefit Lonoke County Safe Haven and a portion will go
to the Arkansas Children's Hospital. Lu Lu will be singing Southern
Gospel and Country Music, but she also shares some of her life
experiences and side-splitting humor. There will be two special
guests: Terry Dorsey, who is Lu Lu's manager. He traveled for many
years with his family's group, The Gloryland Singers, from Louisville,
KY. Terry is CEO and Managing Agent of Free Spirit Agency
headquartered in Louisville. Opening the concert, is Cabot's own
Shelby Kirby. She is a straight A advanced placement, multi-talented
15 year old student at Cabot who has performed in both amateur and
professional theatre. Shelby is the daughter of Kendall and Debbie
Kirby. Tickets are on sale now. They are available at the following
locations in Cabot: Bank of the Ozarks, Arvest Bank and First Security
Bank. They are also available at Mardel's in Sherwood. For information

tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door. Children's tickets are
$5 for ages 6 - 12 with 5 and under free (no additional charge at the
door for children). There are a limited number of backstage passes
