You need to find out what ISP they're on and send a complaint to their
abuse dept. with a copy of the post attached. Here's how you find out the
ISP:
1) Set your mail client to view full header info. This will give you
their dynamic IP address, in this case:
"NNTP-Posting-Host: 212.56.120.157"
2) Take that number (212.56.120.157) and do a whois or nslookup search on
a site like http://swhois.net/. In this case we get:
"Force 9 Internet (www.force9.net)"
3) Go to their site and try to find an address for someone in the abuse
dept. I couldn't find one at this site, but going off of the support
address (sup...@f9.net.uk), if you sent it to ab...@f9.net.uk or to
sup...@f9.net.uk it would probably get to the right person.
Most ISPs will automatically cancel them without notice once a few
complaints are received.
