Shootout on Las Vegas Strip

There was a sensational shootout on the Las Vegas Strip a few days ago.
At around 04:20 (!) the occupant of a black Range Rover opened fire on a
black Maserati near Caesar's Palace. The Maserati sped off and collided
with a taxi in the Flamingo intersection, which exploded into flames from
the impact.

The taxi driver and his passenger, a Canadian businesswoman in town for a
fashion expo, were killed, as was the driver of the Maserati, a Kenneth
Wayne Cherry Jr. aka Kenny Clutch, an aspiring rapper.

Kenny's story is a bit odd: He was not your typical n* trash and came
from a respectable family and attended a private Catholic high school
before relocating from Oakland/Emeryville to Las Vegas. From his video
on YouTube*, it looks like he fell in with the wrong crowd and became a
gangsta wannabe. The video shows him rolling and smoking blunts and
consuming prescription codeine syrup (oh yeah!) and driving a Maserati.
His "music" obviously didn't make him rich, so the question is where did
he get the cash to buy a $120k Maserati?

Neither the Range Rover nor the Maserati had license plates. Police just
found the Rover, and have identified the suspected shooter as Ammar Asim
Faruq Harris, a scary-looking 'gro with neck tattoos. Harris and Cherry
apparently got into a fight at the Aria shortly before the shooting.
