Evil Woman in new Pussycat Dolls single

Wlll, actually aboiut a few years but I found THIS interesting as an
Evil Woman (and ELO!) fan:

Thanks for mentioning it. That song always would play when it was out
(I do like the Dolls in some ways for their music though) and seemed
the ONLY one to NOTICED that violin sample.

The song's longer verison has a little more of that "instrumental"

By the way, the gulf 'tween "Face the Music"(1975) and single is MAJOR
but in BITS!

To wit.
The "You made a fool"..spoken sub intro is snipped, as were a couple
of chords before Jeff Lynne's vocal "Hey woman", then a part "There's
a hole in your head where the
rain falls in/you took by body (:) and played to win" or reasonable
facsimilie, then the song is intact till the aforemntioned
instrumental interlude which is shortened, then third/final verse
lacks the part about running each time she cried, is gone, then it
fades, and also is sped up!

I like the longer verison and a reissue of "Face the Music" in CD has
a longer one but I kind of in some ways like the shorter
version..weird, just like that violin solo.
