The Gourds.

I swear the singer from the Gourds sounds exactly like the singer for
Hayseed Dixie (the AC/DC bluegrass cover band)

For what it's worth, I think Rodney Carrington is funny. I like Paul
Gilmartin and Tim Wilson much better, but Carrington has some funny stuff.

Sometimes labled as Phish, String Cheese Incident, and even BNL, it is The
Gourds who sing that version of Gin and Juice.

To whoever was wondering, this version of Snoop's song is sung by the
Gourds.

Ween?!?!?! Have you ever even listened to ween??? If you had, there would be
no way in the blue hell that you would think that. It is the Gourds. Justin

Snoop is the first version. The Gourds came second and then Hayseed Dixie totally ripped off The Gourds. There may be other versions. I think Ben Folds did a version with a Beatles "Black Bird" mix-in.
