its daves sister, who died in 1993. her husband killed her, and then he killed
himself in S africa. Dave doesn't want the details of this public until annes
kids are old enough to understand, so thats all the info we know.

Jeff

p.s. please don't start flaming anyone for this.

Ok.

Doesn't this seem like a case of the left hand not knowing what the right hand
is doing?

I'm flaming more because it seems a completely backwards post. Don't tell anyone what
security clearance you have. I have alpha tango.

ya know?

LOL. I was thinking the same thing, Mike.

I wouldnt post that around here unless u want this entire newsgroup to
completely disregard you. This subject comes up all to often on here and
someone else gets yelled at for talking about it.

the news of annes death, while often rumored, is not discussed AT ALL in the
internet DMB community due to Dave's request that she not be discussed and let
rest in peace.

This comes up every couple weeks and a new person gets told not to talk about
it, so oure simply the next, please dont

Ummm... yeah. I already saw people sent replies to this one. Funny how
people don't lurk around and wait to see if any other "dumb" newbie (no
offense) though asks the same question or mentions the up and coming faq. Not
that I'm angry or anything.
One question that everyone forgot to answer (well it really wasn't a question):
Dave's mummy isn't dead!

it has been discussed many times in the media

and some shows even mention it
(sean kelly talks about it at the 1-15-94 show)

so i don't get why people yell at others who post about anne. sure, dave can
come on and yell and say "don't talk about that" but you guys have no right to
flame anyone for asking

well,

That was a week after her death, and The Samples were filling in for DMB so
they would still get paid for their schudelud shows.

It seems to me that everyone thinks that once the FAQ is ready, we'll have no
more newbie questions. (Whenever a newbie asks something, people are like, "I
can't wait for the FAQ.") Well, if they're newbies, how will they even know
about the FAQ? Is there some way that you can't read the NG for the first time
without reading the FAQ? I have a feeling the questions won't diminish.
