Album Review - The Corrs - Home

Internationally famous for giving pop music a tinge of flavor from the
Emerald Isle, The Corrs more fully returns to its roots on its latest
endeavor Home. The Irish-born act of three sisters (Andrea, Caroline,
and Sharon) and one brother (Jim) fills its latest offering with modern
versions of traditional Celtic favorites as well as several new tunes.
However, there is one track (Old Town) that doesn't seem to fit on the
album. This song is a light and frivolous pop tune that should have been
saved for a future project. Notwithstanding this minor blemish, those
who enjoy traditional Irish music that is well-executed and boasts
superb vocals will find The Corrs' Home to be an outing that shouldn't
be missed.
