New dvd out in USA yet?

Has the new "All The Way Home- Hstory Of The Corrs / Live In Geneva" dvd
been released in the U.S.? I thought it had a December 13 release date
yet I now can't find it anywhere.

As usual, Corrs fans are screwed in the US - nobody can get their new CD
or the new DVD without either shelling out for an import price or in the
case of the DVD, buying an all-region DVD to play the Region 2 version
(or ordering the Region 1 from Canada - however, stocks appear to be
very low everywhere.)
