Indiegogo crowd-funding for Book about Music and Medicine

I've just started an Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign to complete a book I've been writing for the past year - "Waking The Spirit - A Musician's Journey Healing Body, Mind, and Soul". The publisher is Macmillan:Picador.

This book has the potential to help spread the word to a general audience about the growing impact of music in medicine. There is a Story Summary at the site with a lot of information about the book.
All donations are tax-deductible - I have an Arts and Education/Not-For-Profit 501(c)(3) sponsor. Thanks in advance for taking a look and helping if you can by donating and/or spreading the word to people you think may be interested, and/or on social media.
The campaign will last until January 25th. If anyone wants to give any of the Perks, such as the DVD, as a holiday gift, I can send an e-card if you'd like to the person you're gifting saying it will arrive in January.
