I have old LeBlanc Bass and Contrabass Clarinets. The Bass probably
dates to the 30s or 40s, since it is pitched higher than A=440.
Many years ago I wrote LeBlanc and asked them when they were made. They
replied that both were made in 1965. I found out later that LeBlanc's
records were lost about that time, so they have no way of dating older
instruments.
If you search the web, also search for Noblet serial numbers. I
understand they were numbered in the same sequence as the LeBlanc.
However, I think you will face the same 1965 limitation.
When I searched, I found
<
http://www.woodwind.org/clarinet/Equipment/HowOld/Leblanc.html>,
which shows LeBlanc models 342 and 350 serial numbers in your range for
1967, and model 352 for 1971 I do not know how that relates to your
instrument.
