And yet, the sappy ballad "Let's Take A Lifetime" is on there TWICE?
"Get On This" is just about the most powerful tune on Chicago's "Stone
Of Sisyphus" album (I've had the bootleg for several years now. So,
WHY WAS THE BEST SONG ON THE ALBUM LEFT OFF THE REISSUE OF THE ALBUM?

If you can answer this, please reply to cdadav...@yahoo.com,
because I'd sure like to know why! Sometimes record companies do the
DUMBEST things...

I heard it was because Dwayne Baily's daughter wrote some of the
lyrics and they didn't want to give her songwriting
credit.

Actually, the co-writer was Walt Parazaider's daughter, whom Dawayne
was dating at the time. Listened to the cd last night, and it's
great, but it really NEEDS "Get On This" in there. It is such an
integral part of the album, and it leaves 3 Champlin tunes in a row,
which isn't good programming. Sometimes, it seems the guys in the
band can be kind of petty, like how they talk about Cetera, their
dismissal of Danny Seraphine, and replacing an innovative guitarist
with a pretty boy who can barely carry a tune.
