Does anyone know where the Ghost Town video was filmed? I've always
liked that video and wondered where it was filmed.

I think some of it was filmed in Montreal, Canada because you can see the

Robin's limo..hehe.

The Arizona part was filmed outside of Phoenix in a ghost town, NO

they played the Arizona State Fair that night and blew the place away.

Apart from the short closing segment filmed near Phoenix, the video was
filmed in Montreal. In particular, the video contains scenes filmed at
the following places (in order of appearance):

Unidentified Airport Scene (doesn't look like Dorval Airport)
Berri de Montigny Bus Station (Robin meets limo driver)
Sherbrooke Street, accross from Olympic Stadium (Robin in limo)
Ste Helene Island, site of Expo 67:
Buckminster Fuller Dome (USA pavillion from Expo 67)
Robin walking in front of Calder statue
Place Jacques Cartier, Old Montreal (limo driving down street)
Unidentified hotel lobby
Place Jacques Cartier, Old Montreal (Robin on bench, couple walking)
St-Lawrence River (Port of Montreal Clock Tower, Robin walking)
Ste-Catherine Street (Robin walking)
Hotel de la Montagne, De La Montagne Street (Rick entering and
tipping doorman)
More Ste-Catherine Street (Robin walking in front of electronics
store)
Unidentified bar scene
Diamond Club, Crescent Street (Robin meets rest of band)

That might be a video montage, because I think part of it was also
filmed in Nashua, NH. If you look closely a few seconds past that
frame, you can see the spire from the Holy Christ Almighty Lutheran
Church. You may have to put it on slow-mo to catch it, but it's
definitely there.

The 2nd part (desert scenes) was in Phoenix

Careful, you might start rumors about Robin and the Rev. Mrs. Emily Blammer.

Randy,

you`re right it is a montage, but not with a scene from Nashua:

when you first see Robin in the limo, he is already on the tree lined street on
St-Helen island; then you see a short clip of the Olympic stadium taken on
Sherbrooke street east driving towards downtown, then you see the limo arriving
on St-Helen island.

I`m not sure which one you think is in Nashua, but :
the tower you can barely see thru the limo driver`s window is the Old fort on
St-Helen island, and the tower with a clock you see later on with a close up of
Robin is the clock tower in Montreal`s Old Port.

If one of you ever comes to Montreal, I will be glad to show you these
landmarks.

PS: I`m sure everyone noticed the short appearances of Tom (as Robin checks
into the Hotel), of Bun E. (walking in front of Robin sitting on a bench) and
of Rick (tipping a doorman), but can anyone recognize the guy sitting in front
of the monitor (as Robin meets the limo driver) : it looks like a very young
and thin Rick... is it him ?

I do. The entire video show locations in Montreal, from the old port to the Olympic Stadium to the Man and his World pavilion on Ile St Helene. @ 3:33 you can see the band members entering a club on Cresent St. that used to be called 'The Diamond Club'. I was the DJ there and met Cheap Trick while they filmed that night.
