Tune in on Wednesday, July 2 between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. to hear a live
interview with NYC's Animal Collective, the spazz-drone-acid-electronic
experts preferred by woodland creatures and erudite critics everywhere!
Their new record "Here Comes The Indian" follows up a string of releases
under the names Avey Tar & Panda Bear and Campfire Songs, and it's
released in conjunction with Carpark Records. Labelmate Ogorusu Norihide
joins them on the air and in concert Wednesday at NIGHLIGHT.
Call Skylight/Nightlight (933-5550) for starting time (which'll supposedly
be late enough for you to check out Orchestra Baobab at the NC Museum of
Art in Raleigh and not miss a thing).
