When you look in the Robert dictionnary, you find that ZAP in french
is from the english language; it is the verb TO ZAP. It means to
change TV-channels. The important thing is CHANGE. In the sentence
"Que si tout zappe..." I understand "If everythig changes..."
But for me, "Que si tout zappe..." is not a very good french.

sache/saches/sachions/sachiez/sachent is the present subjunctive form of
the verb "savoir" which means "to know." Because it follows the
expression "il faut que," we must use the subjunctive form of the verb.
So the line means:
"It is necessary that you know"
or just
"You must know."
I swear, this song is practically a lesson in French... :)

In "il faut que tu saches ", you'd better know that " saches " comes
from the french verb " savoir " ( to know in english ).
Believe me, I'm french.
