Has anyone else noticed the similarity between some of the Cardiacs/Sea
Nymphs music, and the tracks "Capriccio No. 1" and parts of Sonatina,
both by Ligeti? Perhaps you can listen to them here (I've got the CD
so I've not tried):

Tracks 8 and 10 are what caught my attention.
You might have heard of Ligeti in relation to some of the music to the
film 2001, which is Ligeti's "Lux Aeterna" - an awesome piece of music.
