Can we legitimize/improve this group?!

I've come back to check out this group after many years. I was excited to interact with legitimate fans but sadly I mostly see childish non-related posts. Is there no moderator(s)?
Also, I was thinking that a FB group may be a better option these days but not sure, what are your thoughts?
I see there are a couple fledgling FB groups out there: Fans of Bruce Cockburn and Bruce Cockburn Fan Group. Maybe some collaboration and discussion into a serious BC FB group needs to be had so that it doesn't become disjointed and watered down, unfortunately, like this Google Group has.
For the moment I am interested in acquiring music/videos that are either out-of-print or virtually unobtainable due to rarity/price. If there are genuine fans that would like to help me in that endeavour it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
