with BBC Worldwide, hosting the premier BBC Music Live music festival
running May 25-29, as the event's exclusive webcaster for North
America. This deal marks one of the first major concert webcast deals

Riffage.com will feature 24 hours of live, non-stop webcasting from BBC
Music Live for domestic music fans on May 29-30. The free webcast can
be viewed live (time shifted to better suit U.S. viewers) and via on-

Worldwide will also participate in various co-marketing activities
aimed at domestic music fans, including TV, radio and Internet

Considered the first live music celebration of its magnitude and kind,
BBC Music Live is the ultimate music festival in which more than 5,000
concerts and music events through the United Kingdom, showcasing
musicians from around the world and representing a mass number of music
genres, will be united in a nationwide celebration of live music. From
May 25-29, BBC Music Live will broadcast artist performances from
thousands of stages and 40 outside broadcasting units across BBC's
entire TV and radio network.

Music fans across the United States can join into the BBC's premier
music celebration beginning on May 29 by pointing their computer's
Internet browser to http://live.riffage.com. A wide-range of musical
talent will perform during Riffage.com's exclusive webcast. Key event
highlights include the following scheduled performances:
-- Concerts by world-renowned performers, such as Elton John,
performing from a traditional English stately home; Tony Bennett with
special guest, Diana Krall; Nigel Kennedy, performing classics and a
tribute to Jimi Hendrix; "Top of the Pops," one of the world's most
recognized music brands; and singer George Benson will perform from
Waterfront Hall in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Jamiroquai, Reef, Gabrielle, Lightening Seeds,Travis, Paul Weller, Paul
Carrack and Eternal.
-- The festival's grand finale, "Perfect Day," will feature live
performance of the Lou Reed classic song "Perfect Day," performed by
all the artists who participated in BBC's premier Music Live
celebration.
