Band Conquers Brewery: You won't be able to buy BoDean's Twisted Tea any more,
which means one less crappy product in the beer cooler. The malt beverage,
brewed by Boston Beer Company, (makers of Samuel Adams, a crappy product that
remains in the beer cooler), constituted trademark infringement, trademark
dilution, unfair competition and infringement of the right to publicity for the
Milwaukee band The BoDeans, according to its management company. Boston Brewing
admitted no wrongdoing, but stopped manufacturing and selling of all BoDean's
products. Band member Kurt Neumann said, "I'm glad this is finally over. Fans
were asking about our tea. They had no idea that the band wasn't connected with
it."

Sam Adams, a crappy product? I'll bet this guy thinks Bud really IS the king of
beers...

"Addiction is a symptom of not growing up. If you have a brain tumor, THAT'S a
disease. To say that an addiction is a disease is not fair to the real diseases
of the world." -- C.C. DeVILLE
lol This was the one sentence that stood out for me too. I'm not a beer drink
but I always enjoyed a Sam Adams lager.
Thanks for the update. I hope they at least also won court costs and lawyer
fees. :)
And a raise for Jenny. ;)

And this is true, I'm not a beer drink. :)
I am however running on empty at the moment and probably could have used a beer
drink at the time I wrote that. :D

Well, bear in mind that it's not PC around here to promote non-Wisconsin
breweries. :)
