Tom Guitar setup

I know this has probably been asked before, but does anyone have the exact
setup of Tom's guitar and Amps.

Like what brand, model, where does he have tone, treble/mid/bass, gain, etc
set too.

Also on other songs like Adams Song and Going Away to College how are they
setup there?
