Attention bands:
Charlotte, NC indie label GO-RILLA records is now accepting band
demo/press-kits for possible addition to our growing label. Here's the
deal....
We are a new label with very little to offer financially at the moment. Our
plan is to find 6-8 bands in the punk/metal/alternative/hard-core(basically
anything that could be considered heavy in any way) vein to develop and
promote. Once we have a solid line-up of bands, we plan or releasing a
compilation CD with hopes of landing a ditribution deal with a larger label.
In the meantime, we will help promote your band by developing the GO-RILLA
Records Web-Site and newsletter. The newsletter will contain info on all
GO-RILLA artists and their available recordings and merchandise. These will be
distributed to underground labels and zines' as well as our very large and
growing mailing list. The best thing about all of this is that you have
absolutely nothing to lose. There will be NO contracts to sign....All you need
to do is send in your demo/press kit and we'll do the rest. If we choose your
band for possible addition to Go-rilla records you will be notified and a
verbal agreement will be reached. If at anytime you recieve a better offer
from a larger label, no problem. Good luck. We just want an opportunity to find
a few good, hard-working bands to possibly help us grow to where we can start
offering bands more financial assistance and possibly make some type of profit
in return. As for now....neither of us has anything to lose, and everything to
