According to TMO, tickets for the Feb. 5 show at Ft. Lauderdale went on sale
online at 10 AM, same as the outlets. I called at 9 AM and the agent told me
that if I got through a bit early, they'd keep me on hold until 10 AM - not
true. I got through at 9:56 AM and the agent refused to keep me on hold,
refused to look up other tickets for me (said she knew I wasn't really buying
them), and hung up on me. I sat at my computer with my browser open clicking
RELOAD until 10:25 AM before tickets went on sale...and of course by then, all
that was left was upper deck, all the way across from the stage.
I called TM Customer Service and they told me I was wrong...tickets had gone on
sale online at 10 AM. When I called my local TM number back, I got the same
woman I had spoken to at 9 AM. She told me that tickets online *had* been held
back until 10:25 AM, despite what Customer Service told me and despite what was
posted at TMO...she had it right in her computer. Behind the stage seats had
not gone on sale yet, but she was able to pull up two tickets for me, one
directly in front of the other, in the section right next to the "Pressure"
side of the stage, rows 9 and 10.
So, if you're looking for good seats at any of the shows going on sale
tomorrow, I wouldn't chance it with TMO... ;/

B-tch!! I think it depends on the TM agent you get. Last February, an agent
said to me that the second show would be going on sale in a few minutes, would
I like to hold....I ended up with seats in Row 2 - center stage - floor!!
Last week when I was getting my tickets for the 3/1 Philly show, I got a nasty
guy who wouldn't give me the time of day. I ended up getting seats online late
in the day (1:00-ish) in a great section - lower level behind the stage. It
takes tenacity - I rejected MANY upper level seats before these finally popped
up.
Now you can't purchase tickets online for the 3/1 show anymore. I know it's a
sold out show, but I always like the opportunity to "keep checking." Oh
well!!!

Don't mean to offend you, but does the word "DUH" mean anything to
you? :)
It sure does...before I got the woman who was willing to look up seats for me
by section, two other agents flat-out refused to do it ;/
Not to me, but perhaps it does to all the people who recommended I use this
option.
Hey, we all have our opinions. TMO worked great for me all the times I have
used it. I was able to get awesome seats for the Providence concert at 10:07
am through TMO. I have two phone lines and I was trying to call in at the same
time. In fact, I kept trying all day and I never got through on the phone.
So, I think that if you are unable to make it to an outlet, TMO can be a great
option.

I've had great luck with it all the other times I've used it...but since TM
verified that the tickets had indeed been held back for nearly 1/2 hour today,
despite what they had posted, people just need to keep that in mind...
