hey, I recently came across Some_Dumb_Cop_Gave_Me_2_Tickets_Already.mp3 on
someone's ftp site, but unfortunately it was encoded in a real bad quality
(the 7bit underwater thing). I tried using uncook95, but that was
unsuccessful. So I am wondering if anyone has a good quality (128, 44)
version of this song so I might actually be able to hear what Mike D is
saying.
