I've been exchanging emails with Rose Whipperr, lead singer /
songwriter / rock goddess of the disbanded Heathen Girls, Atlanta area
circa 1980. She seems to be a very nice person, and indulged my
nostalgic obsessions.

Anyone have any Heathen Girls stuff to share?

I bought a bass from her in the late 80's, which I still play.

Rose Robinson might have sold you a bass in the late 80's, but not Rose
Whipperr, the lead singer/songwriter of the Heathen Girls. She left Atlanta in
'86.
Rose Robinson was a bassplayer for the Heathen Girls at one time, so you
probably bought it off her.

An older friend asked me to try and find his neighbors from the 70's: Rose Robinson and Susan Cook. He said they were in a band called the Heathen Girls.
I just started looking and this was one of the first things I found online. If anyone knows how to get in touch with Rose please ask her if she remembers Felix Kawalski from Frederica st. And, would she like to get in touch? She will probably say...wow, Felix is still around?!! Yes, he is and still as loveable as ever...

I haven't found Rose Robinson yet, but here's Rose Whipperr, still rocking, now out in California:
