I got a copy of this article from my friend in Grand Junction,
but I haven't heard anything else about this, any news?

Peter Steele, gigantic vocalist for the cult-rock group
Type-O-Negative was checked into Greenway Medical Center
yesterday after having collapsed the night before following
a concert in Salt Lake City. A witness at the check-in counter
said,"He was weak-looking and pale." Apparently this is not the
first time Steele has been in this condition. A member of one
of the supporting acts told us, "He hasn't done too well this
tour. I heard his health has been wavering for a while. I think
he's been tested for <HIV> and all, but no one is really saying
what's up." The concert last night in Colorado Springs was
cancelled, and no further informartion has been obtained.

singer of Type O Neg. He was refering to the person I was replying to
(the person that said that the lead singer is a fag and that is why he

I consider them Gothadelic, but that's just my point of view. I listen to
them and enjoy their music very much. They are also the nicest guys I've
met, made me feel like a brother. I hope the next album brings more
people into their little world.
I've heard their first album (Slow, Deep & Hard) considered punk-ish,
metal, death, among other things. I like the Origin of the Feces versions
better. Bloody Kisses, to me, is very gothic. Soundscapes of pain.
That's just how I hear it. That's all I have to say..

a specific group of music and they don't have to that's the point. Their
attitude makes me smile wickedly sometimes. "We don't care what you
