This is a resurrection of an old thread I found, adding the question of who was
related to who.

In searching the 'net, I found a number of people who were under the impression
that Dale and Terry Bozzio were brother and sister, besides someone on the old
thread here. I met Dale after a concert about 1980, and I clearly remember her
referring to someone - I'm pretty sure a band member and not a crew member - as
her brother. However, I've found articles that seem to confirm that Dale and
Terry were in fact married then (since divorced), and that Warren Cucurullo has
a sibling in the music business but it's not Terry. I think that leaves only
Patrick O'Hearn as a band member. Was there someone in or traveling with the
group who was her brother, or was she just saying strange things? If anyone
knows, please post and e-mail me as well.

I remember Terry as seeming very sweet and simple, in comparison to her
scantily clad stage persona, which at least had an artsy edge to it. I was a
bit shocked when I later saw the raunchy Hustler photos she posed for before
her fame (and possibly some after?).

Curiously,

You're looking for "Missing Persons."

Do I contradict myself? Very well then I contradict myself.

"What group" was part of the original thread, and I forgot to mention that of
course they were in Missing Persons. The curious development since the old
thread is that Dale has done some gigs recently as Missing Persons, but with a
completely different backup band, and to mixed or poor reviews.

The real mystery I'm after is about her "brother", if anyone knows.....

Thanks,

Jan

Couldn't help but correct the mistake... It was Dale in the pics, not
Terry. It could hardly have tarnished the lovely girl's reputation --
in my eyes, anyway. She was the "Crew Slut" from Frank Zappa's JOE'S
GARAGE album who starred in the wet t-shirt contest -- a good girl gone
bad, "Lured into a life of SLEAZERY by an EVIL BARBARIAN with a WRENCH
in his pocket." Incidently I don't think any less of SUZANNE SOMMERS
or VANNA WHITE either.
