On Sarah McLachlan’s Facebook page she recently announced
that her bestselling album, Surfacing, will be released on vinyl
in the US on September 22, 2023.

Note that that happens to be a first quarter moon, or D-moon.

This is hard rock and water; Out here between wind and flame;
Between tears and elation; Lies a secret nation" (Ron Hynes)

The official link to preorder it is

https://SarahMcLachlan.lnk.to/Surfacing

and on the Facebook group Fumblers someone said that it is $26.

But a producer friend of mine said that any amount of music
over 18 minutes per side on a vinyl record results in loss
of quality, plus in remastering for vinyl there is loss of
low frequency content, plus most of the vinyl used in
very cheap plastic which degrades after a few plays,
plus there is crackle noise not present on a digital
recording. Do you agree?
