There are many.

Find an a site that has links like:

http://worldmusic.miningco.com/

and check them out.

By the way, the Mining Co site is down at this moment (as I write). They're
working on it but I recommend it as a good starting point.

Also QRadio is interesting for South Africa (www.qradio.net).
