Three clues :
1) The music intro is performed adding a pan flute
of the Andes which brings South America as
the obvious place where the story sits.
2) The "Rio Grande" is also located in Bolivia

3) This Map is actually the locations where Ernesto Che Guevara was
fighting the bolivian army in its last days back in 1967.
It happened that he had the code name "Ramon" for its operation
which was changed to "Fernando" after the capture of one of his men.
