Hello,

Another unreleased Frida song from 1984 is called Can't Be Serious

Also, with Daniel Balavoine a single was released called D' Que C'est
Beau

That is done in French, and i am not too sure i spelled it right. But it
was from 1983 I believe, and Frida is definitely in the song.

Do Not also forget, from 1983 a song called Strip which had Frida doing
a verse in the song which was recorded at Polar studios by Adam Ant.

Frida also did backing vocals in Moviestar (both swedish and english
versions) and Pin Up Girl in 1975.

She is on various Ted Gardestad songs and songs also by Tomas Ledin: for
example for Toams she played a big part in the song "Looking For a Good
Time."

on TV on the show Gast Hos Hagges she did a song called Gunga i en
Hammock.

She did Baby Love, the Diana Ross song on the Charlie Norman show which
can only be seen on the video called Essential Stockholm.

She did I Have a Dream Live in 1983 at the United Nations Unicef Gala.

She did Heart Of The Country and Come to Me live in 1984 on TV..probably
in Sweden.

This is all off the top of my head. There are indeed more I know, but
for now, this is what i come up with!
Hope it helped. I think you should make a new list and put it up for us
all to see!

Hello,

Thanks for your additional tracklisting! I knew about several tracks
for which Frida provided backing vocals for songs like Dieu que c'est
beau, Strip, Moviestar, Pin Up Girl, etc. but thought they should
appear on a separate list. On this one I'd like to bring together all
songs with main vocals by Frida (Maybe I'll post a new list with
backing vocals soon)
You spoke about;

> a song called 'Gunga i en Hammock'.

I've never heard about this one. When was that TV show recorded?

> 'Baby Love'on the Charlie Norman show which can only be seen on the
video called Essential Stockholm.

Can a full version be found on this video? And my main question; Do you
have the songs you spoke about? Maybe we can exchange something... (I
hope)

When there are no more additional tracks posted I will repost the
'complete' list, thanks for the idea!

Thanks,

Hi

The one you call Hawaii is in fact a song recorded for TV called
Söderhavets Sång. She also recorded Flygarelåten for TV. And another
song called Spara Och Slösa was recently shown as part of a pre-ABBA-
medley. Clips from all of these songs can be found on
www.lovelight.dk/mp3.htm BUT remember that you cannot just click on the
links - you actually have to right click on the links and then save the
destination.

Hello Bo,

Thanks for this info! I'm very happy with it! I always wondered what
this song was titled. I have it but not the other two; 'Flygarelåten'
and 'Spara Och Slösa'. Can you tell me what year these two were
recorded and for what show? I will check them out at
www.lovelight.dk/mp3.html

Thanx,

I think all of these TV recordings were from the same show as the one's
included on the 1967-72 (which is absolutely brilliant) compilation,
i.e. 1969.

You have the complete Söderhavets Sång??? I've been searching for it
for years to be able to write down the lyrics.

Hi Elmar,

Thanks for your post. Your songs have been added to the list. To appear
soon!, but 'new' songs are still coming in. Does any of you know if the
song 'Ingen behöver gnälla' is sung by Frida? I only know it's from
1969 by one of the ABBA-members...

Hello Bo,

I actually don't know if the version of Söderhavets sång is the
complete version...Maybe not, it's about 1.52 min. and I think it's
recorded from another show because you can hear laughter at the ending
of the song. What about these other two songs you mentioned. Do you
have the full versions of those? (maybe we can make some kind of
swap...?)

thankx,

Hello Bo,

Sorry I forgot but I found out that 'Spara och slösa' and 'Baby love'
were both recorded in 1969 for the Charlie Norman show.
Flygrelåten/flygarevalsen (as Carl Magnus Palm says it should be) was
indeed recorded for TV series När stenkakan slog in 1970.

Hi

No, unfortunately I don't have these two particular songs. But I do
have tons of ABBA songs, Frida Songs, Agnetha Songs (all her albums)
and quite a few bootlegs. If there's anything in particular that you
need just ask - I may have it.
