I am currently seeking the following Swedish lyrics. A *
before a song title indicates an English translation would
also be appreciated.

*Att finnas till (B&B)
*En saang och en saga (AF)
*Ska man skratta eller graata (F)
*Taenk om Jorden vore ung (B&B)
S.O.S. (AF)
Fernando (F)
*Aah, vilka tider (ABBA)
*Som en sparv (F)
*En saang om sorg och glaedje (AF)
En karusell (B&B)
*Droem aer droem, och saga saga (AF)
*Man vill ju leva lite dessemellan (F)
*Saa glad som dina oegon (AF)
*Vill du laana en man (F)

This is because I am about to create a web page for the album
"Agnetha, Bjoern, Benny, Annifrid - Paa Svenska".

Before sending any lyrics, please mail me first to find an
acceptable (in terms of whether it works or not!) method of
getting accented characters through. My newsreader cannot
support them, and my mailer can only support them sometimes.

Shortly, I will also be asking for somebody to translate the
notes.

Of course... where an English version exists, however, I am
not interested in literal translations.

Thanks. A worthwhile point, which I knew about.

I just have a single remark:

Because you have the songs in a english version doesn't mean it is a
translation.

I'm not swedish (but danish) so I understand mostly the swedish language.
So I try to translate the first verse and chorus.

RING RING (translation)

Silence and dead is the phone
Standig there almost as a disdain
You don't call and say "Darling" now like you did
Everything is silence to before
Nobody knocks on my door
What temped me don't temp me, no, not the way it supposed
Nothing enjoys me right now
Nothing - but you - oh

Ring Ring! Just tap on the wire
Ring Ring! The silence is so total
Ring Ring! Screaming the ears madly
If I got a signal - I'll jump
The heart jumped - ding dong bing bong
If you Call Call Called just only once
If you Call Call Called just only once

RING RING (English version)
I was sitting by the phone
I was waiting all alone
Baby by myself I sit and wait and wonder about you
It's a dark and dreary night
Seems like nothing's going right
Won't you tell me honey how can I go on here without you?

Yes I'm down and feeling blue
And I don't know what to do, oh-oh

Ring, ring, why don't you give me a call?
Ring, ring, the happiest sound of them all
Ring, ring, I stare at the phone on the wall
And I sit all alone impatiently
Won't you please understand the need in me
So, ring, ring, why don't you give me a call?
So, ring, ring, why don't you give me a call?

Just to show the different in the translation and the version.
