It's really easy you know. Keeping it flat is the hard part but the
heating wires even help out with that. The tiles sit right on the wires.

I may not carpet but do hardwood instead. I haven't decided. Hardwood I
can do, but laying carpet is a pain and I never get it right.
The existing carpet is very nice and expensive stuff, but the color is
God awful. I suspect there may even be an existing hardwood floor under
the carpet but even if there is it will be too low.
