Are you sure that version exists ? Are you sure you're not mixing it up
with *MS*-DOS 6.22 ?

As for where to download it ? Have you tried Google (.com) yet ? I used
the terms "DR-DOS 6.22 download", and from the resulting page entry #3 looks
what you need:
