Has anyone seen DOS WORLD magazine lately? The last issue I have is
November '97. Haven't seen it on the magazine rack and an associate
says his subscription stopped.

Hello,
The last issue of DOS World that was actually called "DOS
World" was the January issue. The magazine is now called Practical
Windows. I, too, did not get my January and March issues, and called
them at their customer service number:
800-343-0728
They were properly horrified that I had not gotten my magazines, and
sent them out the same day. They even extended my subscription an
issue to make up for an issue I had bought at the newsstand. Give
them a call.

They now make a mag with practial windows that comes out bi-monthly I
think.
But have only seen it once on the news stand and their web site has been
down forever.

The magazine has changed its name to "Practical Windows: the essential guide to DOS and
Windows".

There have been (I think) two issues on the newsstands since November: Janury 98 and
March 98. I bought both of them. I assume the next one (May 98?) should be out before
long.
