Could someone give me anexample of a batch file command that would
open an internet explorer page up in my second monitor every time I
boot? I currently have a batch file to open up three instances on IE
when the machine boots, but I would like one of those instances to
happen in the second monitor. Any help is appreaciated!

There is a setting in the registry that saves your IE window size and
position.

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\Windows Placement

Move the IE windows to their desired locations, and record the "windows
placement" value. Then:
-add position one to registry
-iexplore
.........
-add position three to registry
-iexplore

There are a few ways to modify the registry. Probably the easiest way is to
create *.reg files. Just do an export and modify the .reg file.

You may consider asking in an HTML or Java/VB scripting forum. I
don't remember the syntax, but I've used JavaScript to open up
browsers in specific locations. You could have a web page called on
startup that would open the three other browsers in the proper
locatioin.
