Now for the ionispheric energy to be released into coordinates by
using a frequency that causes ecliptic inversion of the stratospheric
energies in positive correlation to ground then the ionisphere
released energies upon those very coordinates..and coordination can be
done by relative reference from ground to the ionisphere as this
causes set boundaries that homes into the coordinate and
simultaneously releases ecliptic inversion frequencies that cause
polarization of ionispheric positive ions into that which is within
the limited spectrum of ionisphere and Earth also requiring non-
Gaussian noise so it breaks stasis to form the dynamic effect.
