All i know is that actors tend to research roles that they get casted in Al
Pachino (spelled wrong prolly) researched clinical patients for the movie
Awakenings. Other actors do it to... maybe Leo did a bit of researching on his

Incidentally the poet DiCaprio played was Rimbaud, who is one of the
greatest poets of the 20th century. His works are available at any
public library. He died very young and it's easy to see why DiCaprio
was attracted to the role.

And why it is true that many actors like to get into there roles and
learn as much as they can, thatdoesnt mean that Leo slept with guys for

Other then that I am no where near a cookie cut out and I have never bought

I know there was a real Titanic and I know about the lives lost and the
tradgedy of that night and I think if you read through some of my old posts you

I admit I am on the newsgroup to talk about the movie aspect.. it is
interesting! I enjoy the past and history of the real Titanic as well, but the
movie is what got me! I am starting to learn all kinds of stuff thast i never
knew and it holds me quite fascinated most of the time. I even read books at
the library to learn more. sarcasm was thick there huh?
I don't know Vivian, but if she calls people insolent little turds she must be
pretty funny! I think that I wrote a pretty good post.. i laughed and I know
the 4 people that read it over my shoulder got a good laugh out of it!
JWeber is, in my opinion, anal when it comes to his/her? posts! Weber always
goes around correcting everyone in a very condensending way. Read some of the
past posts. I am only bickering with him/her because weber always annoys people
to no end!
Look I enjoy a good argument and where better then a newsgroup on the internet?
No one can get mad about what you said and be snubby the next day.. at least no

Um...if they had both had to "dangle there feet in" that would have
defeated the purpose of the wood. You could see when Rose was on the debris
that the water was already lapping over...had Jack gotten on it would have
sunken deeper into the water and then it would have defeated the

Kate fit the role physically..women were not the stick figures that they

another Titanic at the moment....because any big screen version of
Titanic now will be seen as cashing in on the tragedy. Mr.Camerons
honored the victims...he didnt know it make all this money...others
would just try to cash in on it. And hasnt Disney gotten themselves in
enough trouble lately butchering some of the classics? (Ya ya dont get
