I have a few questions about the first movie...

The first question. Why are outside hackers allowed to get into the
Matrix? Did the machines forget to remove something or is it a backup
system that the hackers are using that the machines don't remember?
It would seem to me that the Matrix closed system with access only
from City 01.


Second question. Why didn't the Agents take over Anderson in the
night club the second Trinity appeared? They must know her face and
they were watching Anderson at this point. Are there rules that they
have to follow? Or was it too public?

I have other questions but don't wish to spam the Internet. ^_^

For which movie you have confusion is this matrix movie or
anyother.

The outside hackers use ships such as Morpheus' Nebuchadnezzar, that fly
around stealthily and broadcast a signal into the Matrix. For whatever
reason, the ships don't get traced quickly.

Possibly the latter.
