Hermitage Hill Media has just released THE SCARLET HORSEMAN, a very
goofy late Universal serial, on DVD (a guy in silk jammies tooting a
whistle? Characters named Amigo Mañana, Zero Quick, and... Idaho

I ssed that as a boy - IIRC, they played weird music like a sort of
whistling kazoo when Scarlet rode.
