the meaning of El Jaibo's name in Los Olvidados

Yes the reason for the name El Jaibo is because people who are from
Tampico are called jaibos. Now the reason why they are called jaibos
is because the city is full of 'freshwater' crabs. As I remember in my
childhood they would even come out of the toilet, as I lived near the
two rivers that run along the city. Tampico by the way is surrounded
by bodies of water; two rivers, many lagoons, and the sea, therefore
the abundance of crabs.

Thanks for that information. About 3 years ago I asked just that
question but got no answer. Unfortunately this group is usually empty
these days. I'd also like to know the meaning of the names:

El Pelon
El Ojitos
El Cacarizo

if you can provide the translations.

It's nice to see a little activity here.

I know that Ojitos means "small eyes" which was a way of making fun of that boy.
El Pelon translates to Baldie
Cacarizo translates to Pimples/Pockmarked (if you look at the young man playing him, he had a pocked face)
