is revised
*TDTCC* script vis-a-vis the original? I read and really liked the
earlier one, but, keeping true to my less-is-more philosophy, a leaner
version would
be more satisfying.

Hi, and happy holidays back atcha! :)
The final draft is about 30 pages shorter (and the transcribed versions on my
site are both pretty close to the page-counts of the actual screenplays). So
using the screenplay rule of thumb, I figure that the "rough cut" would run
about 2:45 to 3 hrs, and the "final draft" would run 2:10 to 2:30. And the
differences are incredible, especially the ending, which is now MUCH more
blunt.
And the good news: I put it up early, I couldnt wait until the new year, and
its available NOW. Also, I am auctioning the original screenplay, so that will
probably end up going to a hardcore Lewis collector. The rest of the world
can go to my website and read it for free. :)
Also, I am auctioning an original copy of Film as a Subversive Art, if someone
wants the actual book for their personal collection. It's the trade paperback
release in good condition, Im holding on to my hardcover. The links to both
auctions are on my site.
Anyway, let me know what you think of the "new" Clown. :-D
