Does anyone know of movies wherein they've redone Kubrick passages (I'm
thinking along the lines of "Tales From the Hood" where they remade the
Clockwork Orange reprogramming bit)?

I'm certain there is others. Lee Ermey practically made his name on FMJ. I
can never see him in another movie and not say to myself something like "you'd
better start shitting me tiffany cufflinks,"
